I’ve been trying to get in shape enough so I can work out without hurting myself! When I was in my 20s, I did Kathy’s videos 3-5 times a week and was infuse best shape of my life. Throughout my 30s I’d return to Kathy’s workouts whenever I’d put on a pound or 5. Now I’m over 50 and put on 25 pounds during Covid. I have returned to Kathy and her workouts are just the best! I’m doing her 20 minute weight lift/ interval workout in Total Body Turnaround. It’s great and after a month I can really feel a difference. I signed up for Kathy’s Unlimited access to be sure I can add variety and keep going. 25 -30 pounds is a lot, but Kathy’s workouts and products have me optimistic I can achieve my goal!
I love the Reshape app. The variety of exercises is great. I’m enjoying the fit mind meditations. The investment in this app was so worth it.
I love this app. I stay rested our strong then contracted COVID so haven’t been able to workout for 2 weeks. Went for a walk today to start back up!
I’m really enjoying the exercise videos in that I can dip on and out and choose my workouts at any time of the day. I’d like to hear more walking pod casts as I find Kathy’s voice motivational and inspirational. Thanks Kathy, you’re a star x

Love the versatility in the program. It’s planned for you everyday or you can pick which exercise you want to do. I felt the burn the first time I worked out. So clear and simple.
Chocolate shake is great tasting, leaves me satisfied with very little hunger cravings for a few hours. I have been feeling better when taking Collagen on a regular basis
I am really enjoying The app. My only problem is I wish there were some cardio that was 40 minutes or more. Most of them or just 10-20 minutes.
Like having the workouts with me when I travel...!!
