I had back surgery for herniated disk and it added more lbs after Covid added lbs. So 15 lbs past my deadline and I am back to walking and love your walking music and motivational talking for the 40 min aerobic walk. It mimics my running that I had to give up walk/run for Cardio and I am finally seeing results and feeling better it gets me moving. I have lost weight yeah 5 lbs and I did't want to weight lol but now I do. 144 to 139 going back to 130 ! Thank you so much. Patricia Clark

Have been loving the suggested daily workouts and am feeling stronger; however this morning I kept getting a 404 error message, even after powering down a few times. Fortunately I had the DVD for backup. Fit Mind has the same 404 error message.
Fit Meal plans work though. Have enjoyed some new recipes.

I’ve been trying to get in shape enough so I can work out without hurting myself! When I was in my 20s, I did Kathy’s videos 3-5 times a week and was infuse best shape of my life. Throughout my 30s I’d return to Kathy’s workouts whenever I’d put on a pound or 5. Now I’m over 50 and put on 25 pounds during Covid. I have returned to Kathy and her workouts are just the best! I’m doing her 20 minute weight lift/ interval workout in Total Body Turnaround. It’s great and after a month I can really feel a difference. I signed up for Kathy’s Unlimited access to be sure I can add variety and keep going. 25 -30 pounds is a lot, but Kathy’s workouts and products have me optimistic I can achieve my goal!
