I started this fitness and wellness journey about a month ago. I was starting to become aware of all the nutritional nutrients that could go into a smoothie. My previous eating habits were horrible and I didn’t eat vegetables, fruits or healthy fats. I’m now having fruits and vegetables along with healthy fats, mixed together in my smoothies or protein shakes. I also mix in a wellness protein and collagen in the protein shake to make it extra effective. I usually have it for lunch and I always feel better even if it’s mentally afterward. Knowing I’m putting health back into my body with the protein shake. Having all the different recipes for the protein shake is wonderful and helps with many choices so I don’t feel stagnant. The protein shakes are one of my favorite things on the meal plan.
