These old classic workout videos are a true testament to the knowledge, expertise and passion of Kathy Smith. Though the clothes and music have changed, the core principles of healthy living remain the same. I was very surprised and reassured to note that most of the instructions, cautions, movement patterns and have not changed. Kathy is certainly cutting edge in todays fitness world, but it’s amazing to see that 20…30 years ago she really understood what people needed and how to deliver it to them. She embraces trends but never moves away from the core principles of fitness. Go Kathy!
These are the fitness DVD’s in our age group. I exercise about 30 minutes every 3-4 days. Somewhere in between, I do fast walking in our neighborhood.
It was fun seeing if this 54 year old could keep up with the workout I used to do when I was 23! And for the most part, I did! But I sure was sweating! I mix these harder workouts in between easier days of walking or less strenuous workouts. It’s nice to have these to put in the mix.
I love these and what an amazing buy! Literally hours of fun workouts and all a little different.
