I am really enjoying walking as exercise. This is not really 6 weeks' worth of walks--it's 6 walks. It's unclear whether you're supposed to do each one for a week or what, so I just jump around, depending on my mood and what other exercise I have done. The walks and Kathy's attention to posture have made a difference with my core strength and posture; I find myself engaging my abs and glutes on regular walks, too.

I really liked this programme and also the 'Fit over Forty' one. However, I am extremely disappointed with the customer services. The payment seemed to stall and I clicked a second time with the result that I was charged twice. Despite several emails to Kathy Smith I have had no reply and therefore no reimbursement. It's also rather misleading as I thought I was ordering the 'Lean Walk Programme' which is 5 audio workouts and a video but it appears I just have the 'Walk Away The Inches' programme which is just the audios... So be very, very careful when you order through this website.
I have been using this system off and on since my early twenties and now I am forty five. These walks leave me feeling rejuvenated, relaxed and very well worked out. They have increased my fitness and I recommend them to anyone looking for a solid, enjoyable and effective workout you can do anywhere, and kkep returning to, without getting bored. A+.
During covid 19 I initially gained weight. I try to stay below 150 lb. but had gone over that. I was having a tough time getting it down. I tried the Fit over 40 for two weeks and loved it. I love walking outside and exercising so I purchased the lean walking by Kathy Smith. It has been wonderful. I love Kathy's coaching while I'm walking. I even have my grandkids saying, "I can, I will." LOL I've really pushed myself to and 8 and 9 level at times. I haven't done that in years. Also, I'm so happy to say that I've come down in my weight. My goal is 145 lb. and I'm down to 148 lb. Thank you, Kathy for making these workouts affordable. FYI, I'm 67 years young.
Walk outdoors with this program 4-5 days a week and it has made a huge difference! I like knowing that I am walking at a pace that is effective for increasing my endurance.

I have been walking everyday. I can tella difference every time I do the power walk. My stamina is picking up.
Audios are fun and helpful. Have always loved to workout to Kathy Smith. Unfortunately the bonuses offered along with the Walk Audios were not delivered. I emailed Kathy Smith about this requesting them, but have not even received a reply. I am disappointed in the customer service and would have expected better from Kathy Smith. It's only a small bonus, but if you offer it you should follow through.

I have known about KS for years. I have probably owned every one of her videos from days past. I’m so happy to still be doing her workouts today. I’m 56 years young and Kathy has being a huge inspiration to me. I especially love her new walking workouts. Highly recommended
