I have been working out with Kathy Smith tapes for a long time now. my 2 favorites are Keith Cooke and Michael Olijide. I see the most benefits with those tapes. I workout to these tapes 4 times a week. I also mountain bike ride, sup paddle, surf and race cars. I am 60 this year and I see how important more than ever before to keep working out and living a healthy lifestyle to feel good!
